- 10:30a (check-in opens) – 12:30p: pre-tournament sponsored lunch, drinks, activities, and raffle prize entries
- 12:30p (shotgun start) – 5:00p: 18-hole scramble golf tournament with on-course sponsored food, drinks, and game experiences at select holes
- 5:00p – 7:00p: post-tournament awards/raffle reception with food, drinks, prizes, and music
A Players Mulligan Package ($75 presale, $100 on-site) is also available, offering entry into all the on-course tournament contests (e.g., putting, longest drive, closest to the pin, guess your distance, EZ Birdie) for exclusive prizes
The tournament is open to all Vista Verde parents, as well as friends, colleagues, and clients, and represents the biggest school fundraiser of the year. As such, we encourage you to consider a sponsorship (see below table) or we welcome any donations (e.g., direct, company match, in-kind). All funds raised go directly toward capital improvements and the educational experience at Vista Verde, providing valuable resources for our students.
